All new members at Vitality Precision Chiropractic will be greeted and welcomed as a member of our family by our receptionist. We request that you fill out a brief health intake form. You will save yourself time and effort if you are able to fill out the forms before your first visit online or you can print them off and bring them with you. We ask that you fill them out as completely as possible.
Examination
After your consultation, you will undergo a state of the art chiropractic examination including top of the line Neurological Diagnostic Testing, muscle, posture and orthopedic evaluation in order to determine exactly what health issues you have. These procedures put together will be the blueprint into your physiology, which will allow us to find the true cause of your health concerns and construct a detailed health strategy to get you the best results possible. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
X-rays
During this exam, the doctor will also determine if x-rays are necessary and if so, they will be taken on the first day. X-rays help us rule out more serious conditions and help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you.
Doctors Report and First adjustment
After the proper examination is conducted and all of the information is gathered, you will be invited back for a report of findings to discuss recommendations with you. This includes a doctor’s report, an individualized report of findings and your very first specific, scientific chiropractic adjustment at the conclusion of the appointment. We prioritize patient education on this visit because every person deserves to make the most informed decisions regarding their health.
We provide neurologically based chiropractic care utilizing state of the art Torque Release Technique to stimulate healing by addressing the cause of the problem in the most gentle and specific means possible.

Yes, we accept most insurances that cover chiropractic care. At your initial visit, bring your picture ID and insurance card so we may complete a complimentary benefits check to let you know exactly what to expect. You will not incur any charges prior to us discussing them with you.
Every case is different. We will not know how many visits you will need before we have had a chance to look at your history, understand your goals and perform our evaluations.
You can expect your first visit and evaluation to take approximately 45 minutes.

The first step is to identify the cause of your health concern by looking at your history and completing thorough health assessments in our office. We typically do not start care on your first visit so that we can spend quality time looking over your findings. After gathering this information about your case, we can determine what care is required.
We don’t typically adjust on the first visit. There are two things that are most important to us, your health and our reputation, and we are not willing to jeopardize either by rushing into your treatment. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis. It is imperative that we discuss your health history and complete our assessments at that first visit to determine the very cause of your health concerns and what type of care is needed.
Every person and case is different and it depends on your health history and the outcome of your initial assessments. We do believe that to see is to know, therefore x rays are a very important tool to see the health of your spine. Diagnostic tools like x rays also help as to understand any limitations and expectations for your results and healing.
